We want you to love your Kiseau pieces. Because we make intimates, hygiene comes first.

Return window

We offer a 30-day return window. Request your return within 30 days of delivery through our Returns Portal.

Your First-Fit Promise (first order)

Buying underwear online should not be a gamble. On your first order, open and try on just one pair. Still hesitant about the fit? Wash it and live a day in it. If the fit is not right, we will give you store credit for that pair, free, within 30 days of delivery. Use it to order the right size or style. No need to send the tried-on pair back. One First-Fit claim per customer, on Underwear¹ only.

To help you get the best fit, we recommend consulting our Sizing Chart before placing your order. Since sizing can vary between brands, and between bodies, please take a moment to measure yourself carefully.

Bought a set or bundle?

You may open and try ONE pair from a set under your First-Fit Promise. The remaining pairs must stay sealed to be eligible for return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible:

Underwear¹ must be:

• In its unopened original packaging
• Requested within 30 days of delivery

Bralettes must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original packaging
• Requested within 30 days of delivery

Ineligible items

Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale, clearance, gift cards, and free gifts are final sale and cannot be returned, unless faulty. Items purchased outside our website 

Opened Underwear¹: for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened Underwear¹, unless faulty.

All returns are inspected. If ineligible or Final Sale items are sent back to us, we will not be able to process a refund or store credit, and the item will not be returned to you.

Your return options

Refunds & store credit: return shipping is deducted from your return:

• Store credit: free
• Refund: $9

Exchanges: we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we offer store credit: if you would like a different size or style, return your order and place a new one using your credit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Wrong or faulty item

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@kiseau.com within 30 days with a photo. We will replace it.

How to start a return

For US and Canada: Head to our Returns Portal. We will take it from there.

For orders outside the USA and Canada, we’re unable to process standard returns. But your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

¹ Underwear includes all briefs, bikinis, thongs, and other bottoms. Bralettes are not considered Underwear and may be returned if they meet our return eligibility.
