We want you to feel 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You can reach us anytime at support@kiseau.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Before ordering, please double-check our size chart. As a small, intentional brand, returns and exchanges are costly for us, and for the planet, so we appreciate your care when choosing your size.

• Comfort Guarantee: If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 21 days for an exchange or store credit. Applies to Singles only (not bundles, sets, nor multipacks). Opened underwear can’t be returned, but your first try is risk-free.

• Returns and exchanges: We only accept returns and exchanges for unopened items, in their original intact packaging within 21 days from delivery.

• Final Sale: All marked-down items due to a sitewide sale such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday & Holiday Sales & seasonal promos, etc are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges.

International Orders

• For orders outside the USA and Canada, we’re unable to process exchanges or returns. But your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Sizing Support

To help you get the best fit, we recommend consulting our Sizing Chart before placing your order. Since sizing can vary between brands, and between bodies, please take a moment to measure yourself carefully. If you’re between sizes, we typically recommend sizing down. For example: If you're between a Small and Medium, we suggest choosing a Small.
