Shipping Policy

Every order ships from our fulfilment centre in Buffalo, New York, with tracking on every parcel. We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.

Shipping Within the US

We offer standard shipping across the US. Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days and shipped via USPS or another trusted carrier.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Shipping to Canada

Since your order ships from the US, customs duties or import fees will be covered. No need to think about any extra fees! Account for 7-10 business days for the regular shipping option.

Shipping to Australia

Since your order ships from Canada. Account for 7-27 business days for the economy option. Please note you will be responsible for any duties/taxes.

Other Countries

We don’t ship outside the United States, Canada and Australia yet. Sign up to our newsletter and we’ll let you know when we open up to your country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email unless you chose a no tracking shipping rate. Please note that tracking updates may be infrequent while your package is in transit. 

If you don’t see any tracking updates after 7 business days, feel free to contact our customer service team at support@kiseau.com and we’ll be happy to look into it.

*Reserved items: If your order includes a reserved size, the whole order ships together once that size arrives. The expected date is shown on the product page and in your cart.
