How to measure your fit
Bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, parallel to the floor and comfortably snug. Make sure it sits straight across your back.
Band(Underbust)
Wrap the tape directly under your bust, around your rib cage. Keep it level and snug, exhaling gently as you measure.
Waist
Find your natural waist by gently bending to one side — the crease that forms is your true waist. Wrap the tape all the way around, level and comfortably snug.
Hips
Wrap the tape around the fullest, widest part of your hips and bum. Keep it snug but not tight, sitting evenly around your body.

Recommended: Machine wash on a gentle cycle, or handwash using natural detergent inside a delicate wash bag.
Avoid: Bleach and fabric softeners. They break down natural fibers and shorten the life of your undies.
Drying: Tumble dry on low, or better yet, lay flat or hang to air dry for maximum longevity.
Storage: Keep your undies in a cool, dry place. In humid environments, a dry storage bin with a bit of baking soda helps keep things fresh.
Comfort Guarantee: If the fit isn't right, contact us within 21 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Applies to single items only (not bundles, sets, or multipacks), and excludes bralettes, which are final sale. For hygiene reasons, opened underwear can't be returned, but your first item can be tried on risk-free.
Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery for unopened items in their original, intact packaging. Bralettes are excluded.
Final Sale: Bralettes are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes sitewide sales, select sets, and holiday sales.

Every pair of Kiseau undies begins with a custom blend of certified organic, non-toxic fabrics, infused with seaweed. High quality natural fabrics are inherently more expensive compared to synthetics like lycra, nylon, spandex or elastane.
Our undies are hand made in small batches by human beings we know. People who are paid fairly and work in safe, respectful environments.
By making a conscious decision to stay away from plastic in our supply chain from product to packaging, we're one of the pioneers in the alternative underwear space, which means our production comes at a premium.

Our 7% non-toxic ROICA V550 is certified clean stretch unlike conventional elastane found in most underwear. It's just enough to hold shape and move with you while still meeting our strict non-toxic standard. Our mission is to become a fully plastic-free, 100% natural brand, as we keep up with new material sciences.
Our SeaCell™ fabric, ROICA™ V550 stretch fibre, and dyes are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, and the Organic Cotton is GOTS Certified at the mill level, meaning these materials have been independently tested for harmful substances before they're made into our underwear.
While the materials are certified, the finished Kiseau garment has not yet received separate OEKO-TEX® certification. We have begun the certification process and will share updates as we progress.
We believe transparency is essential, which is why we're always clear about what is and isn't certified. We only make claims that accurately reflect our supply chain, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Certifying a finished garment often requires more than using certified fabrics. Programs such as OEKO-TEX® and GOTS typically require certified manufacturing facilities, documented chain of custody, and ongoing third-party audits throughout production.
For many small, independently owned manufacturing studios, obtaining and maintaining these certifications can be prohibitively expensive. We chose to partner with ethical, small-batch manufacturers because of their craftsmanship and values, even though these certifications aren't always financially accessible for them, and we keep our supply chain transparent.
Our priority is always to invest in what directly touches your skin first: high-quality certified fabrics and dyes, while supporting ethical manufacturing partners that produce in small batches.
As we grow, we are pursuing additional certifications for our finished garments. Until then, we'll continue to be transparent about what is certified, what isn't, and why. We believe honest communication is just as important as the certifications themselves.
